For the "Regjeringskvatalet" project, BB fiberbeton delivered a total of 1,423 GRC façade elements, covering just under 3,000 m². Produced with a face mix that exposes 4–8 mm Norwegian granite aggregates, the panels offer a durable, textured surface with a strong connection to local materiality. All elements were delivered with pre-mounted brackets and treated with a transparent coating for enhanced water and dirt resistance.
As part of the same project, BB fiberbeton collaborated closely with artist Damla Kilickiran to realise a large-scale façade artwork for Building A. The installation consists of ten vertical GRC panels with highly irregular topographies, translating photographic studies of overlooked urban details into sculptural relief.
Together, the façade and artwork demonstrate the versatility of GRC — from precise, repeatable building elements to deeply expressive, one-off surfaces. A project where engineering supports creativity, and where material becomes a medium for both architecture and art.

Using intelligent mould design and innovative production methods we can create custom GRC elements that seamlessly blend form and function.
