Sculpted balconies by the marina

At Tuborg Havn, Dissing + Weitling designed 214 modern apartments by the waterfront. The buildings are minimal and crisp - white facades, clean lines, and cubic geometry - while curved balconies at each corner soften the overall expression.

The result: A calm, sculptural contrast that adds rythm to the facades and a sense of movement to the sharp volumes.

BB fiberbeton delivered GRC balconies and parapets, shaped to follow the curves of the building. The flexibility of the GRC enabled soft forms and slim profiles - while reducing weight and preserving the look of solid concrete.

Set against the marina and the surrounding greenery, the white balconies, at Tuborg Havn, feel both understated and exclusive. Each one offers generous outdoor space and uninterrupted views - inviting residents to step out and enjoy the calm of the water's edge.
