When brand details defines the facade

For Pandora’s UK flagship store, every facade element was designed to meet a precise visual identity; combining complex geometry, refined surface texture, and an exact colour match true to the brand.

BB fiberbeton delivered a fully bespoke GRC facade defined by complexity and control for Pandonra's store on Oxford Street in London, UK. The design called for a series of facade elements with minimal repetition, resulting in a large procentage of unique variants for the project. Each variant engineered and produced with precision to ensure consistency across the whole.

A mildly washed surface was introduced to bring depth and tactility to the facade, enhancing the material expression without overpowering the architectural intent. But the defining challenge lay in the colour. The project required an exact match to Pandora’s design guidelines - a level of specificity that went beyond what the coloured, light pink GRC alone could achieve.

In collaboration with Guard Industrie, a tailored, 50% opaque surface treatment was developed to deliver the exact right colour coverage while allowing the natural structure of the concrete to remain visible. The result is a facade that balances strict brand alignment with material authenticity, letting colour, texture, and geometry work as one. A precise solution, built through partnership and a shared focus on detail.
